Exterior lighting that is subdued and whose light source is not directly visible from adjoining dwellings may be permitted by the Committee for the purpose of illuminating entrances, decks, driveways, and parking areas, and for other purposes approved by the Committee. In all cases, exterior lights are subject to the prior approval of the Committee.
